    摘要:

    针对现有的测试性指标评估方法未考虑装备寿命周期内不同工况对测试性指标的影响,导致指标计算结果难以反映产品真实测试性水平的问题,提出了考虑多工况条件的测试性指标评估方法;首先调研了工况的含义,基于此研究了工况对于测试性指标的影响,并提出了多工况条件下的测试性指标样本逻辑综合方法和基于贝叶斯理论的多工况测试性指标评估方法;通过案例分析结果表明:所提方法简单快捷,解决了传统的测试性指标评估方法不能对工况下的测试性指标进行评估的问题。

    Abstract:

    To address the issue that existing testability metrics assessment methods do not consider the impact of various operating conditions over the equipment"s lifecycle, leading to results that fail to reflect the true testability level of products, this paper proposes a testability metrics assessment method that accounts for multiple operating conditions. First, the meaning of operating conditions is investigated, followed by an analysis of their influence on testability metrics. A sample logic synthesis method for testability metrics under multiple operating conditions and a Bayesian-based assessment method for these metrics are introduced. Case analysis results demonstrate that the proposed methods are simple and efficient, effectively resolving the shortcomings of traditional assessment methods in evaluating testability metrics under different operating conditions.
