    摘要:

    电缆表面温度是判断电缆工作状态、定位电缆故障的重要依据之一;为解决人工与有线温度检测方式成本高、实施困难等问题,设计了一款基于磁场取能技术的自供能电缆无线测温装置;该装置由能量收集管理模块与温度采集发送模块两部分构成,其中,能量收集管理模块用于收集并分配电缆运行过程中所形成的磁场能量,进而实现整个测量装置供电;温度采集发送模块在单片机的控制下实时检测电缆表面温度,同时通过LoRa通信将温度信息传送至测温基站;样机实验结果表明,所设计的测温装置能在电缆正常运行条件下实现自供能,且具备稳定准确的数据上传功能。

    Abstract:

    The surface temperature of cables is an important criteria for determining the operating status and locating faults. To address the issues such as high cost and difficult implementation of manual and wired detection methods, a self-powered wireless temperature measurement system based on magnetic field energy harvesting technology is designed, which consists of two components: the energy harvesting and management module, and the temperature sensing and transmission module. The former module collects and distributes the magnetic field energy around the cable, thereby powering the entire system. The latter module, under the control of a microcontroller, monitors the surface temperature in real-time and transmits the data to the base station via LoRa communication. The experimental results indicate that the designed device is capable of self-powering and provides stable and accurate data transmission capabilities.
