    为了实现农业大棚环境参数的可视化监测与调控,研究并开发了一种基于Unity 3D和LoRa物联网的大棚监控系统及虚拟现实数字驾驶舱;基于LoRa无线通信技术构建了一个包含多区域环境参数感知节点与调控节点的物联网,在私有云服务器部署ThingsBoard对数据与设备进行管理;利用Unity3D根据实际农业大棚各物理对象开发了数字模型,搭建了VR数字农业大棚,并通过HTTP协议与云平台进行数据交互,从而实现了VR数字农业大棚与实际农业大棚的虚实交互;经实验测试,所研究和开发的农业物联网系统可以正确检测并上传数据,各参数的测量重复性优于3%,虚拟现实数字驾驶舱一次数据更新延时小于200 ms,能实时、直观、清晰,沉浸式地实现农业大棚各参数的监控;该虚拟现实数字驾驶舱技术在现代智慧农业物联网系统中具有重要的应用潜能。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the visual monitoring, regulation, and control of environmental parameters in agricultural greenhouses, a greenhouse monitoring system and a virtual reality (VR) digital cockpit based on Unity 3D and LoRa IoT are researched and developed. An IoT containing multi-region environmental parameter sensing nodes and control nodes is constructed based on LoRa wireless communication technology, and deployed ThingsBoard on private cloud server to manage the data and devices. Using Unity3D to develop digital models based on the physical objects of the actual agricultural greenhouses, building a VR digital agricultural greenhouse, and interacting with the cloud platform via HTTP protocol, thus, the interaction between material reality and virtual reality between VR digital agricultural greenhouses and actual agricultural greenhouses is realized. After experimental testing, the developed agricultural Internet of Things system can correctly detect and upload data, the measurement repeatability of each parameter is better than 14%, the delay of one data update of the virtual reality digital cockpit is less than 200 ms, enabling real-time, intuitive, clear, and immersive monitoring of various parameters in the agricultural greenhouse. The virtual reality digital cockpit technology has an important application potential.
