Abstract:The current demand for the localization of aviation weaponry equipment is urgent, and the aviation environment has stricter requirements for electronic components. Through carrying out substitution application validation, the differences between domestic and imported electronic component, as well as the environmental adaptability and reliability of domestic components can be discovered in advance, which can help improve the technical maturity of domestic components before batch production of aviation equipment. Based on the experience of the localization substitution application verification work that has been carried out, this paper systematically elaborates on the verification process, verification scheme, task assignment, implementation process and verification evaluation conclusion. The verification of domestic components was carried out by adopting this scheme, and the test conclusion met the verification requirements of domestic substitution. The method has good engineering practical value, which may be helpful for substitution application validation in other fields.
