    当前航空武器装备国产化需求迫切,机载环境对电子元器件要求高;通过开展替代应用验证,提前发现国产电子元器件与进口元器件的差异性以及国产器件的环境适应性和可靠性,在批量航空装备生产前可以有助于提升国产元器件的技术成熟度。结合已开展的国产化替代应用验证工作经验,系统性的阐述了国产化替代应用验证流程、任务分工、验证方案、实施过程以及验证评价结论。采用该方法对国产元器件开展验证,测试结论满足国产化替代验证要求。为其他领域开展国产化替代验证工作提供了参考,具有较好的工程实用价值。

    Abstract:

    The current demand for the localization of aviation weaponry equipment is urgent, and the aviation environment has stricter requirements for electronic components. Through carrying out substitution application validation, the differences between domestic and imported electronic component, as well as the environmental adaptability and reliability of domestic components can be discovered in advance, which can help improve the technical maturity of domestic components before batch production of aviation equipment. Based on the experience of the localization substitution application verification work that has been carried out, this paper systematically elaborates on the verification process, verification scheme, task assignment, implementation process and verification evaluation conclusion. The verification of domestic components was carried out by adopting this scheme, and the test conclusion met the verification requirements of domestic substitution. The method has good engineering practical value, which may be helpful for substitution application validation in other fields.
