    摘要:

    随着航空业的发展,动力系统的革新格外受关注,其中混合电推进系统技术极具发展潜力,为实现对混电推进系统的控制及监测,开发设计了一套混电推进系统的上位机;该上位机应用LabVIEW语言设计,涵盖了界面设计与功能设计,实现了指令下发、数据监测及数据保存的功能;该上位机经Simulink仿真模型测试,实现了上位机接收显示仿真模型的发电机功率、电池功率、负载功率、直流母线电压和电池SOC数据;经电机实物测试,实现了上位机设定电机转速指令及对电机q轴电流、d轴电流和转速的监测;经两次测试验证了上位机在数据交互、处理与保存方面的可靠性,上位机在测试中表现出良好的功能性与稳定性,能够满足混电推进系统在实际工程中的应用需求。

    Abstract:

    With the development of aviation industry, the innovation of power system is particularly concerned, and the hybrid electric propulsion system technology has great potential for development. We develop a set of hybrid electric propulsion system upper computer, which is able to control the hybrid propulsion system and monitor the parameters of the hybrid propulsion system. The upper computer of hybrid propulsion system is designed based on LabVIEW, which covers the interface design and function design, and realizes the effect of command issuance, parameter observation, data preservation; The upper computer was virtually tested by Simulink simulation model, which realized that the upper computer receives and displays the generator power, battery power, load power, direct current(DC) bus voltage and state of charge(SOC) of the battery of the simulation model; The upper computer was tested by the motor experiment platform, and the speed command can be set by the upper computer and the q-axis current, d-axis current and speed of the motor can be monitored; Based on the two tests mentioned above, the data interaction, data processing and data preservation can be realized by the upper computer system, which validates the reliability of the upper computer. Thus, the upper computer shows good functionality and stability, which satisfies the application requirements of hybrid propulsion system in the engineering project.
