    摘要:

    针对当前高压开关电源电性能指标测试繁多、测试流程复杂、测试方法自动化程度低等问题,设计了一款具有一体化、高效率、自检、自动测试、自动记录、统计分析和自动输出报表及超限报警等功能的高压开关电源自动测试平台。该平台可以通过具有人机交互功能的软件测试界面配置测试参数和流程,实现对多型号高压开关电源的一键式多流程测试。实验证明,该高压开关电源自动化测试平台满足三款高压开关电源产品规范所有的测试指标要求,且测试平台可靠性高,准确度好,安全性高,测试数据一致性高,测试效率高,相较手动测试,该高压开关电源自动测试平台将测试效率提高42.4%。

    Abstract:

    A high-voltage switch power supply automatic testing platform has been designed to address the problems of numerous electrical performance indicators tests, complex testing processes, and low automation of testing methods. The platform features integration, high efficiency, self inspection, automatic testing, automatic recording, statistical analysis, automatic output of reports, and over limit alarm functions. This platform can configure testing parameters and processes through a software testing interface with human-computer interaction function, achieving one click multi process testing of multiple models of high-voltage switching power supplies. Experimental results have shown that the automatic testing platform for high-voltage switching power supplies meets all the testing requirements of three high-voltage switching power supply product specifications. The testing platform has high reliability, accuracy, safety, consistent testing data, and high testing efficiency. Compared with manual testing, the automatic testing platform for high-voltage switching power supplies improves testing efficiency by 42.4%.
