    摘要:

    针对目标靶弹采用数字控制体制和在弹集中式测试策略,提出一体化测试、发射控制系统设计方案,给出系统组成、功能、应用模式。针对测试和发射控制高可靠性、安全性要求,设计不同使用工况,采用硬件继电器逻辑和软件程控逻辑相结合的控制方案,在发射控制工作流程约束下,分解发射控制功能需求至不同设备,明确发射控制过程设备间协同工作信息,设计内部硬件电气逻辑,给出发射控制软件详细控制逻辑和协同工作流程。针对非实时系统下动态测试问题,提出采用硬定时中断触发机制解决方法,基于系统特定硬件环境,给出了实时应用的核心实现代码。实际应用表明,本系统能有效保障靶弹的全弹测试、发射前系统检查、发射架控制、模拟/实弹发射任务。

    Abstract:

    .For the situaton that numerical controlled framework and intergrated test strategy is applied in target missile, a integrated test and launch control design scheme and its component, function and application mode is proposed. For the high reliablity and the high security demands, this paper designed different operating conditions,a control method based on the electromagnetic relay and software is presented in this paper,under the launch control flow restriction, the demand of launch control function is divided into variant equipment, the co-operating information communicating with variant launch control equipment is defined, the hardware electricity schematic deagram is designed, the running logical and the co-operating process flow of launch control is presented in detail. For the dynamic test in nonreal-time operation sysytem, the hardware timer interruption trigger event method is proposed and the key code used in real-time application based on preset hardware and software environment is writed. Application results showed that test, check before launching, launcher controlling, simulative/real launching task can be accomplished effectively with this integrated test and launch-control system.
