Abstract:Electromagnetic valves play an extremely important role in the process of adjusting the spacecraft's operating attitude and orbit change in the attitude and orbit control power system. In order to achieve automated and precise testing of the electrical performance of solenoid valves, a comprehensive electrical performance testing system has been developed. In terms of hardware, a high-performance and fast response hardware platform has been built; In terms of software, virtual instrument technology was applied for research, and a simple, efficient, and user-friendly interactive interface was designed. An accurate and reliable interpretation algorithm was developed. The application of this testing system for electrical performance testing of power system solenoid valves greatly improves testing efficiency and accuracy. Through multiple ground tests of the power system, the expected design goals have been achieved, and it has the characteristics of excellent performance, good flexibility, and high reliability.
