    摘要:

    在姿轨控动力系统调整航天器的运行姿态及轨道变换的过程中,电磁阀扮演着极其重要的角色。为了实现电磁阀电性能的自动化精确测试,研制了一套电性能综合测试系统。在硬件方面,搭建了高性能、快响应的硬件平台;在软件方面,应用虚拟仪器技术进行研究,设计了简洁高效、操作便捷的交互界面,开发了准确性好、可靠性高的判读算法。应用该测试系统进行动力系统电磁阀的电性能测试,极大地提高了测试效率和测试精度。通过多次动力系统地面试验验证,达到了预期的设计目标,并具有性能优异、灵活性好和高可靠性的特点。

    Abstract:

    Electromagnetic valves play an extremely important role in the process of adjusting the spacecraft's operating attitude and orbit change in the attitude and orbit control power system. In order to achieve automated and precise testing of the electrical performance of solenoid valves, a comprehensive electrical performance testing system has been developed. In terms of hardware, a high-performance and fast response hardware platform has been built; In terms of software, virtual instrument technology was applied for research, and a simple, efficient, and user-friendly interactive interface was designed. An accurate and reliable interpretation algorithm was developed. The application of this testing system for electrical performance testing of power system solenoid valves greatly improves testing efficiency and accuracy. Through multiple ground tests of the power system, the expected design goals have been achieved, and it has the characteristics of excellent performance, good flexibility, and high reliability.
