Abstract:With the increasing demands for efficiency and quality in product quality inspecting and the development of cloud-native technologies, existing local monolithic application models struggle to fully leverage cloud-native resources. Therefore, this paper proposes an industrial product quality inspection system based on a cloud-edge-end architecture. Considering the current state of the industry and the characteristics of industrial internet technologies, the system comprises three layers: the End Deployment layer, the Edge Collaboration layer, and the Cloud Platform layer. Additionally, it incorporates three systems: the cross-domain interconnection system, the parallel control domain system, and the comprehensive measurement and adjustment system, with a detailed analysis and explanation of the organizational structure and functional module division for each respective layer and system. Based on the proposed architecture, the hardware and software design and deployment of the system were carried out. Besides, a distributed heterogeneous system resource scheduling model was proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed cloud-edge-end system architecture and its functions were validated through operational examples and architecture analysis. The proposed system meets the application requirements for industrial product quality inspection.
