Abstract:In view of the existence of large-scale wastewater treatment groups with a large number of water plants, dispersed locations, production process routes vary greatly, the data refreshment is not timely, resulting in difficulties in identification, false alarms, and the existence of production and management data between the units of the "data silo" problem, the upper management units and personnel are difficult to subordinate water plant production and operation of unified and effective supervision, decision-making and scheduling. It is difficult for the upper management units and personnel to carry out unified and effective supervision, decision-making and scheduling of the production and operation of subordinate water plants. Using web-based configuration monitoring technology and layered architecture and modular design methodology to design and implement a common wastewater treatment centralised monitoring system including configuration, display, control and utility modules, using Message Queuing Telemetry Transport(MQTT) data transmission protocol for real-time updating of production data. Update. Through performance tests and analyses, it can be seen that the implemented system has high real-time and stability as well as low resource consumption. The system has been successfully integrated and applied in the production operation management platform of a large-scale sewage treatment company in Shanghai and the intelligent operation management platform of a large-scale environmental protection industry group in Guangdong as a centralised control and monitoring sub-system for production processes and equipment. The system runs smoothly and reliably, solves the existing problems well, and has high value of promotion and use.
