    结冰风洞风扇转子系统叶片结冰导致电机负载增加,振动超限,影响结冰风洞试验安全和试验效率。转子系统是大尺度高速转动部件,处于低温、100%湿度环境,叶片结冰探测、加热区温度监测、地面大功率加热电源向转子系统各叶片可靠供电是难点。建立了基于风扇转子振动监测和电机转速/试验段风速比的智能化结冰预警系统;研制了前缘内置电加热膜的复合材料防冰叶片;基于复杂工况环境和需求研制了多通道高线速度导电滑环,加热电源经过滑环和转子空心轴径向传输到各叶片,解决了电源和温度线缆从地面到转子系统风扇叶片布置、安装等问题,完成了大尺度风扇转子多叶片加热电源和温度信号可靠传输,实现了风扇叶片防除冰系统智能化启动或单动闭环控制。系统运行4年多,通过持续优化改进,实现了试验中风扇叶片防冰或试验后快速除冰,应用效果好,降低了试验安全风险,提高了风洞试验能力。

    Abstract:

    The icing of fan rotor system in icing wind tunnel results in the increase of motor load and the over-limit vibration, which affects the safety and efficiency of icing wind tunnel test. Rotor system is a large-scale high-speed rotating part, in the environment of low temperature and 100% humidity. It is difficult to detect the blade ice, monitor the temperature of heating zone, and provide reliable power supply to the blades of rotor system by high power heating power source. An intelligent icing early warning system based on vibration monitoring of fan rotor and the ratio of motor speed to wind speed in test section is established. A composite anti-icing blade with electric heating film in the leading edge was developed. A multi-channel high linear speed conductive slip ring is developed based on complex working conditions and requirements, and a heating power supply is radially transmitted to each blade through the slip ring and a rotor hollow shaft, thereby solving the problems of arrangement and installation of the power supply and temperature cables from the ground to the fan blades of the rotor system, Completes the large scale fan rotor multi-blade heating power supply and the reliable transmission of temperature signal, realizes the fan blade anti-icing system intelligent start or single-action closed-loop control. The system has been running for more than 4 years. By improving the continuous optimization, the fan blade can be protected against icing in test or deicing quickly after test. The application effect is good, the risk of test safety is reduced, and the capability of wind tunnel is improved.
