    摘要:

    地铁已成为当今城市交通的重要组成部分,地铁列车在运营过程中如何保证其运行状态能够实时受到监控,靠的就是列车控制和监控系统。本文介绍了巴西圣保罗13号线的列车网络控制系统的系统结构、硬件配置。阐述了列车级控制、牵引系统、受电弓系统、车窗系统、辅助系统、制动系统、空调系统、烟火系统、轮缘润滑系统等子系统的关键控制功能,并对系统的故障诊断功能、PTU功能进行了介绍。巴西圣保罗13号线列车控制及监控系统的设计符合预期,系统硬件的性能完全满足功能需求,系统软件的可靠性、稳定性达到了列车运行要求。但是,对于正线运营的列车来说,列车控制及监控系统的安全性和可靠性仍需要通过实际运营来验证。

    Abstract:

    Subway has become an important part of urban traffic. How to ensure the real-time monitoring of the running status of subway trains in the process of operation depends on the train control and monitoring system. This paper introduces the system structure and hardware configuration of the train network control system of Sao Paulo Line 13 in Brazil. The key control functions of train-level control, traction system, pantograph system, window system, auxiliary system, braking system, air conditioning system, pyrotechnic system, flange lubrication system and other subsystems are described. The fault diagnosis function and PTU function of the system are also introduced. The design of the train control and monitoring system of Sao Paulo Line 13 in Brazil meets the expectation, the performance of the system hardware fully meets the functional requirements, and the reliability and stability of the system software meet the requirements of the train operation. However, for the trains running on the main line, the safety and reliability of the train network control system still need to be verified by the actual operation.
