Abstract:Subway has become an important part of urban traffic. How to ensure the real-time monitoring of the running status of subway trains in the process of operation depends on the train control and monitoring system. This paper introduces the system structure and hardware configuration of the train network control system of Sao Paulo Line 13 in Brazil. The key control functions of train-level control, traction system, pantograph system, window system, auxiliary system, braking system, air conditioning system, pyrotechnic system, flange lubrication system and other subsystems are described. The fault diagnosis function and PTU function of the system are also introduced. The design of the train control and monitoring system of Sao Paulo Line 13 in Brazil meets the expectation, the performance of the system hardware fully meets the functional requirements, and the reliability and stability of the system software meet the requirements of the train operation. However, for the trains running on the main line, the safety and reliability of the train network control system still need to be verified by the actual operation.
