In working process of radar reconnaissance system , measuring parameters of enemy radar signal is the prerequisite to sorting and identification. Firstly, introducing the basic principles of instantaneous frequency measurement and phase comparison. Then, establishing the mathematical model for the process of parameters measurement. Finally, the mathematical model is verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the mathematical model can simulate the process of parameters measurement effectively.
