    摘要:

    为解决小卫星整星综合测试阶段磁极性测试涉及人员多、测试过程繁琐、测试结果不可量化等问题,设计提出小卫星磁极性自动化测试系统,以实现对磁力矩器极性的高效检测与数据判读;系统设计的整体思路是将霍尔磁感应传感器与微型单板计算机搭建的测试系统引入卫星磁力矩器极性测试,替代原有测试工具及方法,通过标准的网络及测试通讯协议控制总控软件向星上发送测试指令,并对测试指令、检测结果及关联遥测进行智能判读,从而实现自动化测试闭环;系统创建了一种集指令发送、测试实施、遥测数据判读与发送功能于一体的新型控制部件测试模式,为未来小卫星的研发与生产逐步由传统模式迈向批产模式提供了良好的测试设计思路。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of the small satellite magnetic polarity test in the whole satellite integrated test stage, such as many personnel involved, the test process is cumbersome, and the test results can not be quantified, an automatic test system for the small satellite magnetic polarity is designed and proposed to realize the efficient detection and data interpretation of the magnetic torque converter polarity; The overall idea of the system design is to introduce the Hall magnetic induction sensor and a test system built on a miniature single board computer into the satellite magnetic torque converter polarity test, replace the original test tools and methods, send test commands to the satellite via the standard network and test communication protocol control master software, and intelligently interpret the test commands, test results, and associated telemetry, thus achieving an automated test closed-loop; The system creates a new control component test mode that integrates command sending, test implementation, telemetry data interpretation and sending functions, providing a good test design idea for the future small satellite R D and production gradually moving from traditional mode to mass production mode.
