    为了利用较少的试验次数摸清装备作战效能,提出了一种融合正交设计、方差分析和多元回归的分析预测方法。利用了正交设计方法筛选与作战效能相关的战场条件因子组合,采用了方差分析方法推导影响因子的显著性计算公式,使用了多元回归方法提出包含置信区间的作战效能预测模型。以某型无人机侦察任务完成率为例,说明了计算分析过程,结果表明,将原来遍历需要32次的试验压缩至仅需8次试验,即可以准确识别主要战场条件因子,任务完成率的预测误差均值仅为0.0259,区间预测准确率91.67%,满足了小样本情况下分析评估装备作战效能的需求。

    Abstract:

    To evaluate the operational effectiveness of equipment using less number of tests, an analyzing and predicting method is proposed by combining orthogonal design, variance analysis and multivariate regression. Orthogonal design is used to select the combination of battlefield condition factors associated with operational effectiveness. The significance formula of factor is derived using variance analysis. An operational effectiveness prediction model with confidence interval is proposed based on multivariate regression. Taking the completion rate of a certain UAV reconnaissance task as an example to illustrate the calculation and analysis process. The results show that, the original 32 times of tests are compressed to 8 tests. The main battlefield condition factors can be accurately identified. The predicted error of task completion rate was only 0.0259. And the accuracy of the prediction interval is 91.67%. The requirement is satisfied for analysis and evaluation of operational effectiveness under small samples.
