      逆变器作为电机驱动系统的核心部分,其安全性和可靠性对电机驱动系统的正常运行甚至整个系统的运行是至关重要的。针对逆变器开关管故障,文中主要从基于解析模型、基于信号处理和基于数据驱动三个方面对现有逆变器开关管开路故障诊断方法进行了综述,具体叙述了各种逆变器故障诊断方法的原理,并从这些方法的应用系统、诊断时间、算法实现难易和可靠性等角度对各种方法进行对比,突出了各自的优缺点。最后探讨了今后逆变器开关管故障诊断方法的研究难点和方向。

      The inverter is the core part of the motor drive system, its safety and reliability are crucial to the normal operation of the motor drive system and the whole control system. In view of the fault for switches in inverter, this paper reviews the existing diagnostic method for open-switch faults in inverter based on analytical model, signal processing and data-driven. The principles of each fault diagnosis method are described in detail and these methods are compared from the perspectives of application, diagnosis time, algorithm complexity and reliability , and their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. Finally, the difficulties and trends of the research on fault diagnosis of inverter are discussed.
