基于机器视觉的薄膜厚度均匀性控制系统设计

摘要:研究了一种基于机器视觉的薄膜厚度均匀性控制系统,该系统采用了机器视觉与插补控制相结合的方法,实现了对薄膜生产过程中产生的厚度不均匀问题的识别和控制。视觉部分通过摄像头对成型轮廓的监测识别,提取塑料薄膜外形轮廓的图像信息,经过图像处理后输出不对称度信息,用作控制部分的控制参数;控制部分由两轴伺服电机组成XY移动控制平台,以直线插补控制为基础,根据视觉部分的控制参数,实时调整吹塑机膜口间隙,以保证膜口出料的均匀性和整体质量。实验测试结果表明,所设计的系统具有较高的自动化程度,能够实时监测和控制薄膜厚度的均匀性,满足了薄膜生产工程中整体质量需求,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:This research study investigated a machine vision-based control system for thin-layer material uniformity. This system utilizes a combination of machine vision and interpolation control to recognize and control the issue of thickness non-uniformity during thin film production. In the visual component, a camera is employed to monitor and identify the shaping contours, extract image information of the plastic film"s outer contour, and, after image processing, output asymmetry data as control parameters for the control section. The control section consists of a two-axis servo motor XY movement control platform, based on linear interpolation control. It adjusts the gap of the film mouth of the blow molding machine in real-time according to the control parameters from the visual component, ensuring uniformity in film output and overall quality. Experimental results demonstrate that the designed system exhibits a high degree of automation, enabling real-time monitoring and control of thin film thickness uniformity, meeting the overall quality requirements in thin film production processes, and possesses significant potential for widespread applications.
