基于时间序列的大型核电厂设备异动态势感知系统设计

摘要:为了准确感知核电厂设备设备异动态势,防止负荷电压、负荷电流数值异常增大,设计基于时间序列的大型核电厂设备异动态势感知系统。在系统硬件设计上,完善设备数据自动处理模块、设备异动信号采集器、态势行为感知装置之间的实时连接关系。系统软件设计上,构建时间序列模型,实现对核电厂设备异动数据的处理。选取核心异动态势指标,按照标量化处理流程,通过阈值方法实现对核电设备异动态势的感知,再联合硬件设计,完成基于时间序列的大型核电厂设备异动态势感知系统的设计。实验结果表明,上述系统通过准确感知核电厂设备异动态势,将设备负荷电压、负荷电流数值控制在阈值之内,能够维护核电厂设备的稳定运行。

Design of transaction situational awareness system for large nuclear power plant equipment based on time series

Abstract:In order to accurately perceive the abnormal situation of nuclear power plant equipment and prevent abnormal increase in load voltage and load current values, a large-scale nuclear power plant equipment abnormal situation perception system based on time series is designed. In terms of system hardware design, improve the real-time connection relationship between the device data automatic processing module, device anomaly signal collector, and situational behavior awareness device. In terms of system software design, a time series model is constructed to process abnormal data of nuclear power plant equipment. Select core abnormal situation indicators, follow the scalar processing process, and use threshold methods to perceive the abnormal situation of nuclear power equipment. Then, in conjunction with hardware design, complete the design of a large-scale nuclear power plant equipment abnormal situation awareness system based on time series. The experimental results indicate that the above system can maintain the stable operation of nuclear power plant equipment by accurately sensing the abnormal situation of the equipment, controlling the load voltage and load current values of the equipment within the threshold.
