阵地电力系统跨平台集中监测设计实现

摘要:针对某技术阵地电力系统没有实现远程集中监控的问题,设计了电力系统数据跨平台传输的集中监测系统,设置了多级冗余以提高系统可靠性;制作现场数据采集接口软件,实现现场数据采集;组态本地监控系统、KEPServerEX OPC服务器和WinCC平台服务器,实现了电力系统数据在本地电力监控系统和西门子WinCC监控平台之间的跨平台传输;开发了变电站概览显示、高压参数显示、低压参数显示和直流屏监测等功能模块,实现了主要数据的远程集中实时监测;经验证满足信息显示正确、响应时间短、返回迅速等使用性能要求。

Design and implementation of cross platform centralized monitoring for position power system
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the position power system has not realized remote centralized monitoring, the centralized monitoring system for cross platform transmission of power system data is designed, multi-level redundancy is set to improve system reliability; the field data acquisition interface software is made to realize the field data acquisition; the local power monitoring system , Kepserverex opc server and WinCC platform server are configured to realize cross platform data transmission between local power monitoring system and Siemens WinCC monitoring platform; the substation overview display, HV parameter display, LV parameter display and DC screen monitoring functional modules are developed to realize remote centralized real-time monitoring of main data; it is verified that it can meet the performance requirements for correct information display, short response time, quick return, etc.
