小型化低成本运载火箭测控设备设计研究

摘要:随着商业航天和型号发射任务愈加密集,总体单位对小型化低成本运载火箭地面测发控设备的需求更加迫切,提出了运载火箭测控设备小型化低成本设计思路,通过选择高集成化、多通道、相对体积小的功能板卡或元器件,合理排布器件,最大化利用机箱内部空间,采用虚拟表头、指示灯、按钮丰富软件功能和显示界面,提高软件自动化程度达到测控设备小型化设计。成熟度高、质量稳定的商业货架产品、国产化产品通过降额设计和合理冗余设计能达到低成本效益的同时不影响其可靠性。

Research on Miniaturization and Low cost Mearsuring and Controlling Device of Launch Vehicle

Abstract:With the launch more intensive of commercial space and type of tasks, the need for miniaturization and low cost mearsuring and controlling device of launch vehicle is urgent, miniaturization and low cost are put forward by using high-integrated , small media board or component, arranging component properly, making use of case inner space maximally, adopting virtual meter, indicator light, button enriching software function and interface, improving degree of software automation. The aim of low cost and high reliability are achieved by choosing high maturity and stable quality of commercial products and homemade products with derating and redundant design properly.
