面向供热现场安全管理的一体化信息系统设计与实现

摘要:供热现场的工作属于一级危险点,如何强化现场的安全管理,做好危险源的检测、预警、评价和控制,成为城市供热工作必须关注的问题。针对企业供热现状,充分运用安全管理理论,提出了供热现场安全管理流程,并结合软件工程的思想,设计研发了面向供热现场安全管理的一体化信息系统,涵盖了现场状态监控、现场安全记录、现场安全分析等功能模块。通过引入数字化管理方式,有力提升了供热生产过程的监控水平、智能化管理水平,实现了对供热现场的人、设备、环境的高效与密切管理,大幅提升安全管理的效率与质量。

Design and Implementation of Integrated information System on Heat-Supply On-site Safety Management
Abstract:Heat-supply on-site work is the first-class danger point. How to strengthen on-site safety management and succeed in monitoring, early-warning, evaluating and control of hazard, becomes the issue that must be paid attention to on urban heat-supply work. In consideration of current situation of the enterprise heat-supply work, this paper presents a new on-site safety management process on heat supply on the basis of safety management theory. Then based on software engineering, we develop a heat-supply on-site safety management integrated system, which includes functional modules like on-site status monitoring module, on-site safety recording module and on-site safety analyzing module. By using the digital management method, the proposed system could significantly improve the level of monitoring and intelligent management on heating production process, and guarantee the efficient and close management of human, equipment and environment on heat-supply site. Thus it ensures a great improvement in safety management efficiency and quality as well.
