基于电力载波通信技术的智能小区抄表系统

摘要:阶梯电价改革的背景下,智能小区电表的改造升级成为电力部门关注的焦点问题,提出了一种基于电力载波通信技术的智能小区抄表系统设计方案。该方案采用分布式的B/S模式,介绍了电力载波通信技术的工作原理,详细阐述了用户端的功率计量、电力载波通信和测控主机等硬件模块的设计原理、参数设置方法和关键技术,给出了各个模块的电路原理图和工作流程。详细阐述了上位PC机端的具体开发方案,给出了软件工作流程图和关键代码。工程测试证明:基于电力载波通信技术的智能小区抄表系统,能够达到计算阶梯电价、测控小区用户电力能源消耗的目的。

Intelligent Meter Reading System of Community Based on Power Carrier Communication Technology

Abstract:Under the background of the step price reform, the transformation and upgrading of smart residential meters has become the focus of the power sector. This paper presents a design scheme of meter reading system in intelligent community based on power carrier communication (PLC) technology. This scheme adopts the distributed B/S mode. The paper introduces the working principle of power carrier communication technology, expounds in detail the design principle, parameter setting method and key technology of hardware modules such as power measurement, power carrier communication and measurement and control host at the user end, and gives the circuit schematic diagram and work flow of each module. This paper expounds the specific development scheme of the upper PC in detail, and gives the software workflow diagram and key code. The engineering test proves that the intelligent community meter reading system based on power carrier communication technology can achieve the purpose of calculating step electricity price and measuring and controlling the power and energy consumption of community users.
