基于过程集成的迫击炮内弹道参量优化

摘要:针对迫击炮内弹道参量在优化设计中存在的效率低、全局搜索性差、过程复杂等问题,基于迫击炮内弹道模型,提出了一种过程集成优化设计方法。首先利用MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建了迫击炮内弹道模型并通过仿真计算得到迫击炮的膛压、速度随时间变化曲线,得到的膛压和速度参量与试验结果具有较好的一致性。然后通过集成优化平台ISIGHT集成MATLAB/Simulink软件,结合带精英策略的改进非支配排序遗传算法对其进行了以最大膛压和炮口速度为目标函数的多目标优化设计。优化结果表明:优化后的最大膛压降低了13.63%,炮口速度提高了10.46%,该方法在提升内弹道性能的同时提高了优化效率,为武器的内弹道优化设计提供了一种新思路。

Optimization of Internal Ballistic Parameters of Mortar Based on Process Integration

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, poor global search and complex process in optimization design of internal ballistic parameters of mortar, a process integrated optimization design method was proposed based on the mortar interior ballistic model. Firstly, MATLAB/Simulink software was used to build the mortar interior ballistic model and the mortar bore pressure and velocity curve with time were obtained through simulation calculation. The obtained bore pressure and velocity parameters were in good agreement with the test results. Then, through the integration optimization platform ISIGHT integrated with MATLAB/Simulink software, combined with the improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy, a multi-objective optimization design with the maximum bore pressure and muzzle velocity as the objective function was carried out. The optimization results show that the maximum bore pressure is reduced by 13.63% and muzzle velocity is increased by 10.46% after optimization. This method not only improves the performance of interior ballistics but also improves the optimization efficiency, which provides a new idea for the optimization design of weapon interior ballistics.
