小卫星综合测试供电安全性探索与实践

摘要:卫星综合测试供电安全贯穿于卫星的整个测试周期,面对众多功能特性不同的单机,避免因低层次问题引起用电设备发生故障,一直是航天质量管控的工作重点。为了实现提升小卫星综合测试供电安全的目的,结合卫星研制过程中遇到的具体问题,对常见的测试关键工序中的制约因素进行了归纳分析,并且需要将这些限定条件落实到操作规范中;对卫星母线电压建立方式和建立时间进行了研究,采用了方阵模拟器外电升电及控制母线建立时间小于300ms,可有效防止设备启动故障;采用了蓄电池包的优化设计和配电器短路故障自检功能设计,彻底解决了带电操作的安全性问题和卫星研制全周期防短路检测问题。经过实际应用所述方法能够大幅度减少卫星在综合测试遇到的供电安全性问题,满足卫星大批量生产和研制的工程应用需求,为卫星供电安全设计提供参考。

Exploratory and practice on power supply security of small satellite integrated test
Abstract:Power supply security runs through the whole satellite integrated test period. It is a key work of space quality control to improve power security and avoid equipment failure caused by low-level problems. In order to improve the power supply security , combined with typical trouble cases encountered in practice , inductive analysis of universal key processes in test , the change of bus voltage build-up and unified management bus power-up time less than 300ms , battery package optimization design and PDU short-circuit faults self-inspection on power-up, .After practical application these technologies can greatly reduce the security of power supply, meeting the engineering needs of satellite mass production and development ,as well as providing reference for the follow-up development.
