基于超宽带技术的多区域定位系统设计

摘要:近年来,超宽带定位技术的快速发展,基于超带宽的定位系统被广泛应用于工业生产管控系统中。由于无线定位系统覆盖范围大、涉及场景多,所以需要根据工程实际情况将系统划分为多个定位区域,每个定位区域内分别完成定位,最后由系统完成区域结果的仲裁和切换。如果区域切换处理不当,会影响整个定位系统的性能效果,制约了无线定位系统的进一步推广。针对基于超带宽技术的多区域定位系统中的这个问题,设计了一种区域切换方法及相关流程,实现了区域切换的有效性、准确性以及实时性,并在实际的工程项目中进行了实测,测试结果顺利通过工程验证(定位频率为5Hz,“切入”次数门限值为2,“切出”次数门限值为-2),满足工程需求,为多区域定位系统的设计提供了有效手段。

The Design of Multi-Area Wireless Locating Systems Based on the UWB Technique
Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of the Ultra Wide Band (UWB) locating technique, UWB locating systems are widely applied industrial production control systems. Consequently, due to the covering range and scenes, it is necessary to divide the system into multiple positioning areas according to the actual engineering situation. Locating calculation is carried out in each area, and the area switching is proceeded afterwards to obtain the final result. If the area switching was handled improperly, it would affect the performance of the whole locating system and restrict its further promotion. Aiming at this problem, based on the UWB multi-area locating system, an area switching scheme is proposed and approved by practical engineering project. Test results illuminate the effectiveness, accuracy and instantaneity of the scheme (with location frequency as 5Hz, switch-in counting threshold as 2, and switch-out counting threshold as -2), which meets the engineering demands, and provides an effective method for regional positioning system design.
