全尺寸旋翼变距拉杆设计及验证技术

摘要:为降低直升机旋翼不平衡引起的振动,近几年出现了一种直升机旋翼实时调整(In-Flight Tuning,IFT)系统,通过主动式动态调整变距拉杆长度恢复旋翼系统动平衡状态,以达到减振目的。智能变距拉杆(Smart Pitch Rod,SPR)是IFT系统的执行机构和重要的组成部件,其特点是精度高,载荷大。针对国内首次研究和试制的智能变距拉杆,提出了一种可行的设计方案,经加载台测试验证结果表明其最大推力达到了25000N,控制精度达到了0.01mm以上。在某10吨级直升机旋翼塔上进行的旋翼平衡实时调整试验结果显示,1/rev旋翼振动减少了80%以上。

Design and Verification Technology of Full-sized Smart Pitch Rod
Abstract:In order to reduce the vibration caused by the unbalance of the helicopter rotor, an in-flight-tuning (IFT) system has been developed in recent years. It restores the dynamic balance state of the rotor system by dynamically adjusting the length of the pitch link. Smart pitch rod (SPR) is the actuator and important component of IFT system. SPR is characterized by high precision and large load. In this paper, a feasible design project is proposed for the SPR. It is first studied and trial-produced in China, and its servo performance has been verified by testing on the loading platform, the maximum thrust reached 25000N and the control accuracy is better than 0.01mm. A real-time rotor balance adjustment test has been carried out on a 10-ton helicopter rotor tower, the results show that the 1/ rev of the vibration of rotor could reduce by more than 80% .
