摘要:液体火箭发动机是一种包含复杂物理过程和化学过程的大型机械动力装置,健康管理系统不仅能够保证发动机飞行过程中安全性、可靠性,同时也可以充分发挥发动机性能。发动机健康管理主要包括:状态监视系统、故障诊断系统、寿命预测系统。本文介绍了国内外发动机健康管理发展状况,综述了发动机健康管理关键技术和常见故障诊断算法。

Research process of whole life health management for Liquid Rocket Engines

Abstract:Liquid Rocket engine is a complicated system including physical and chemical process. The health management is critical task for improving engine operation. The capability to manage Hydrogen-Oxygen engine can not only improve the safety and efficiency of engine operation during flight but also facilitate better maintenance planning. The Health Management System consisted condition monitoring¥Fault detection and diagnosis and life prediction. Firstly the development of health management is discussed, then different types of fault diagnosis are introduced here, at last, the key point technologies are summarized in this paper.
