合成旅装备保障能力评估体系研究

摘要：合成旅装备保障能力评估是检验装备保障训练效果、改进装备保障建设质量的重要手段。本文从分析合成旅装备保障力量、任务和特征入手,从评估理论与指导思想、评估组织机构、指标体系与评估标准、评估模型与方法、信息数据采集系统等方面分析合成旅装备保障能力评估体系内容,设计合成旅装备保障能力评估组织实施流程,可为合成旅装备保障能力评估工作的组织实施提供理论基础和方法支撑。

Research on Equipment Support Capability Evaluation System ofSynthetic Brigade
Abstract：Synthetic brigade equipment support capability assessment is an important means to test the training effect of equipment support and improve the quality of equipment support construction. Based on the analysis of synthetic brigade, tasks and characteristics of equipment support force, from the assessment theory and the guiding ideology, the assessment organization, the index system and evaluation standard, evaluation model and method, information data acquisition processing analysis synthesis brigade equipment support ability evaluation system, design synthesis brigade equipment support ability evaluation to organize the implementation of processes. It can provide theoretical basis and methodological support for the organization and implementation of equipment support capability assessment of synthetic Brigade.
