电力系统智能化运维中GIS设备SF6气体泄漏检测方法研究

摘要:现有技术中的变电站GIS设备内SF6气体泄漏浓度较大,检测精度较低,本文设计了TMS+XD芯片提高巡视机器人性能,采用离子迁移法设计SF6检测技术,利用扫描窗口提供的SF6浓度分析离子波谱,更为精准地判断气体泄漏规律;采用差分能量检测(Differential Energy Detection DED)算法和概率学公式掌握SF6气体泄漏浓度,进而制定出最佳填充范围,增加变电站GIS设备的安全性。试验表明,本研究检测系统输出的SF6泄漏浓度为15.8mol/ml,检测精度为92.5%,SF6气体泄漏浓度少,检测精度高。

Research on SF6 gas leakage detection method of GIS equipment in intelligent operation and maintenance of power system
Abstract:In the prior art, the SF6 gas leakage concentration in the GIS equipment of the substation is relatively large, and the detection accuracy is low. This paper designs a TMS+XD chip to improve the performance of the patrol robot, uses the ion migration method to design the SF6 detection technology, and uses the SF6 concentration analysis provided by the scanning window Ion spectroscopy can more accurately determine the law of gas leakage; the differential energy detection (Differential Energy Detection DED) algorithm and probabilistic formula are used to master the SF6 gas leakage concentration, and then the optimal filling range can be worked out to increase the safety of the GIS equipment in the substation. The test shows that the leakage concentration of SF6 output by the detection system of this research is 15.8mol/ml, the detection accuracy is 92.5%, the leakage concentration of SF6 gas is small, and the detection accuracy is high.
