指挥控制系统测试流程设计与功能实现研究

摘要：针对指挥控制系统的测试环节多、测试目的难界定、在线测试难实现等问题，从其功能定位、组成架构、应用模式和全寿命周期等方面，对指挥控制系统测试需求进行分析，并从测试目的确定、测试项目设定、测试参数选取、测试方法设计、测试流程设计和测试结果评定等方面，对指挥控制系统测试流程设计和功能实现开展专题研究，提出一套适用于指挥控制系统的通用测试系统和测试流程，并在型号工程中得以实现应用，极大程度上提高了系统的测试覆盖性，为指挥控制系统的在线测试和长期加电值班提供技术指导。

The research on test process design and function realization of command and control system
Abstract：In the light of too much test links, difficult to define test purpose and to test online in the command and control system, we analyze the test requirements of the command and control system based on the aspects that consist of the functional positioning, the composition architecture, the usage mode, and the life cycle management. The research of the design of test method and the function realization of the command and control system specially by the determination of test purpose, the settings of test items, the selection of test parameters, the designing of test methods and process, the evaluation of test results. Based on the research, we propose a general test system and test method of the command and control system, which is already applied to project engineering. The new method can improve test coverage greatly, which can provide technical support for the online test and on duty power up for long term.
