气象观测用气压传感器误差自校准系统设计

摘要:针对用于气象观测的气压传感器手动误差调整方式通用性差、效率低等问题,设计了用于目标传感器误差调整的误差自校准系统;研发的传感器误差自校准软件配合自主设计的传感器多通道转换器与压力控制器、气压标准器,可同时完成8个通道气压传感器的误差自动调整任务;实际测试中,系统在1小时内完成了8通道传感器的误差自动调整,经过调整后的各通道传感器的误差绝对值均未超过0.05 hPa,远小于传感器出厂的最大允许误差±0.25 hpa及规范要求的±0.30 hPa误差范围,提升了传感器误差调整工作效率的同时,有利于提高气压观测数据质量。

Design of Error Self Calibration System for Atmospheric Pressure Sensor for Meteorological
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of poor universality and low efficiency of manual error adjustment of atmospheric pressure sensor for meteorological observation, an error self calibration system for error adjustment of target sensor is designed. The developed sensor error self calibration software cooperates with the self-designed multi-channel sensor converter, pressure controller and air pressure standard, which can complete the error automatic adjustment task of 8 channel air pressure sensors at the same time. In the actual test, the system completes the automatic error adjustment of 8-channel sensor within 1 hour. The absolute error value of each channel sensor after adjustment does not exceed 0.05 hPa, which is far less than the maximum allowable error of ±0.25 hPa and the error limit of ±0.30 hPa required by the specification. While improving the efficiency of sensor error adjustment, it is conducive to improve the quality of barometric observation data.
